Introduction#
Over the years, "No hassle, no Hackintosh"
Since Apple started switching laptops to ARM chips, Intel Hackintosh has reached a dead end; cherish what we have.
The configuration of Hackintosh EFI has now developed to a foolproof method, no need to spend money to find someone on Taobao.
Tutorial#
The tool we use is called RapidEFI, which KOWLOON used to make an old computer from 10 years ago run smoothly on macOS 10.15.3.
RapidEFI is a one-click configuration tool for Hackintosh OpenCore, capable of creating a Hackintosh EFI based on the latest version of OpenCore in just 3 seconds, developed by the author (JeoJay, same name on Bilibili) during his spare time. Who is RapidEFI suitable for?#
RapidEFI is suitable for those with some basic knowledge of Hackintosh; at least you should understand:
-
What EFI does, how to replace it, and how to establish a boot.

What PE is, how to install Windows; otherwise, if you make a mistake, you might lose your system and explode on the spot...
-
How to enter the motherboard BIOS and modify necessary BIOS settings.

Is the EFI configured by RapidEFI perfect?#
RapidEFI is mainly a tool made according to the official OC guide to replace manual configuration; it is excellent, but it is not perfect! It can be said that no one starts with a perfectly configured EFI; it is all about gradual improvement. If you say there is, I won't refute you; just experience it more and use Hackintosh more. Moreover, there is no such thing as a perfect Hackintosh; after all, it is a Hackintosh, only close to perfection can be said! If you insist on pursuing perfection, then please go for a genuine Apple product!
